Every Cornish crew is equipped to identify and separate biohazard material from salvageable belongings safely.
Every Hoarding Cleanup job gets scoped after an in-person walkthrough, since clutter level and underlying issues vary property to property.
Belongings are sorted methodically into salvage, donate, and dispose categories, with the client involved in decisions wherever possible.
Contamination found during sorting — from pests, spoiled food, or other biohazard material — is identified and remediated using certified protocols.
Mold growth hidden behind stacked belongings is common in long-term hoarding situations and gets flagged for remediation as it's uncovered.
Rodent or insect activity found during a cleanup is documented and coordinated with a pest control partner alongside the sort.
The final phase includes sanitizing surfaces that contamination reached during the accumulation period.
We handle logistics for donation and disposal so the family isn't left managing hauling separately.
Call +1-844-401-0166 and a dispatcher asks a few questions about the property and timeline before scheduling an assessment.
A technician visits your Cornish property at the scheduled time to walk through the space and understand the scope firsthand.
After the walkthrough, technicians provide a written flat-rate quote and a proposed timeline before any sorting begins.
The project closes with a documented final inspection, and we return at no charge if anything needs follow-up.
